According to integrated professional workflow with a comprehensive development strategy, adopting research and study of the market and the growing needs of customers, expanding the work channels within the company in 1983, covering the manufacture and production of aluminium profiles that enter the business. This gave the company sufficient flexibility and efficiency to invest in the latest equipment and advanced technical programs; to achieve a distinguished achievement represented in the introduction of the first commercial line for using the powder of coating in the KSA. It motivated the company to expand its scope of business to include the import of advanced European technologies capable of producing distinguished products and providing them to all customers in the Arab Gulf region.
Stemming from its eagerness to support its customers with an integrated range of distinguished products, delivery services and solutions, “TALCO” has developed an advanced packaging system, which aims to carry out the operations of loading, handling and unloading containers of products with precision and great care to protect it during handling and shipping to 40 states in the world, including the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, the Arab world, East Asian states, Australia, the United States of America and Europe.
The company also progressed a major leap in production by starting to produce polyester powder, which is used to manufacture polyester paint. The biggest achievement was done in 1994 by introducing production lines for aluminium in an ambitious step to extend this field thoughtfully. The project has commenced one intake extrusion press till six advanced German extrusion press, at present. Annual production capacity is up to 60,000 metric tons, according to the highest international quality standards applicable in this field and the advanced quality management system (ISO 9001:2015), in addition to complying with all international production standards such as the British Standards Institute (BSI), American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM), European Standards System (EN), and Saudi Standards Organization (SASO).
